Bridgetown is a 13 acre Multi-Family Residential subdivision that consists of 58 units that are built in solid concrete construction & secluded with individual courtyards. In the 24 months of construction, Bridgetown survived 2 hurricanes. While building materials increased in 2004, there was no extra cost to the developer due to materials that were bought out early.
